In December 2016, SILVER CLOUD Invest bought an office building in the city centre of Cologne, Germany. The asset (AGNES OFFICES) is located at Riehler Straße 33 and consists of ca. 5,000 sqm lettable area. Seller was a liquidator of a closed-ended investment fund that had to file for insolvency in 2016.

In February 2018, SILVER CLOUD Invest bought the office building “LaVie” in the northern part of Duesseldorf, Germany. The asset is located at Gladbecker Straße 1, 3 and consists of ca. 12,000 sqm lettable area. Seller was an international investor.

March 2021:
SILVER CLOUD Invest, responsible asset manager and co-investor of “Bonnanova”, successfully let the asset to a new public single tenant. Bonnanova, located at Godesberger Allee 83-91 in office submarket Bonn Bundesviertel, comprises approx. 18,623 sqm lettable space and was previously let to single tenant Deutsche Telekom AG.
December 2017:
The CCP 5 ‘long-life’ core-plus fund, advised by pan-European real estate investment manager Tristan Capital Partners, has made its first investment in Germany by the acquisition of an office complex in the German city of Bonn. The acquisition was done in cooperation with SILVER CLOUD Invest.
SILVER CLOUD Invest bought an office building in Duesseldorf’s office submarket “Kennedydamm”. The asset is located at Roßstraße 120 and consists of ca. 4,465 sqm lettable area. Seller was an international investor.

In December 2016, SILVER CLOUD Invest in cooperation with a local real estate development company from Berlin bought a retail and office building in Berlin-Friedenau, Germany. The listed building formerly known as “Roxy-Palast” is located at Haupstraße 78-79 and consists of ca. 4,500 sqm lettable area. Seller was a private investor from Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
