SILVER CLOUD Invest invests in real estate properties that are in line with the following criteria:
- PInvestment properties with upside potential in the opportunistic, value-added and
core-plus segment - Locations: prospering cities and regions in North Rhine-Westphalia (preferably Cologne, Dusseldorf, Bonn & Aachen)
- Volume: € 5-100 million and higher
(in individual cases, smaller or larger volumes are possible) - Asset classes: office, residential, retail (mixed usage as well)
- Transaction structure: asset or share deal
- In addition to single and portfolio transactions, joint-venture structures and coinvestments are possible
